Many people dream of climbing Mount Everest once in their lives. At 8848 metres, it is the highest peak in the world and was long considered unclimbable, until Sir Edmund Hillary and Sherpa Tenzing Norgay climbed it on 29 May 1953. Since then, more and more courageous climbers have been attempting to scale the “roof of the world”.

Climb Your Everest is a ‘hands-on’ event, where participants take on this unusual challenge. They’ll discover for themselves what it’s like to be part of the mountaineering community, and experience the same dangers and successes as their courageous colleagues on the ground: falls, exhaustion, avalanches – and the exhilarating feeling of happiness at the summit after successfully climbing the mountain.

Situations that can be transposed to the real working environment: the apparent lack of resources, tight deadlines, opportunities and threats, the need to make quick decisions, time pressure, fear, physical limitations and many more…

Which team will reach the top first? What’s the best way to reach the summit of Mount Everest: in competition or in collaboration with other teams?
