The event

Before Mars was chosen as the team development activity for this group. It is a challenging business game that perfectly reflects how a team works together, makes decisions, plans for the future and meets deadlines. Before Mars is played in four quarters of five rounds each. Each quarter, performance must increase. We measure the resources deployed and how they are deployed. This data not only provides information on the performance of the teams and the cooperation between them, but also an index of leadership and management. The results of the measurements can be compared with those of other teams and groups (around the world), creating benchmarks for your team’s success.

Before Mars is probably the most difficult simulation known to mankind and, to date, no team has achieved the maximum possible score.
