The event

Here, The Chain Reaction was used as a team activity to observe the interaction and cooperation between colleagues and a business coach. By constructing the Chain Reaction, the daily routine quickly becomes apparent. After all, this team activity is a metaphor for how teams or colleagues work together in the workplace.

A few coaching techniques were used to highlight areas of operation within the team and the result was a valuable briefing that the participants were able to work on in practice afterwards.
